Why Think EQ?
Established in 2008, Think EQ has grown to be Scotland’s leading centre for coaching, leadership and team development programmes using emotional intelligence. We’re Scotland’s only centre for certification in the globally renowned EQ psychometric, the EQ-i 2.0.
Our approach always starts with a conversation to understand your ‘why’ and build goals and measures for success. We don’t do ‘off the shelf’. We take the time to tailor programmes that are customised and address your specific challenges and desired outcomes.
As a team of accredited coaches, our techniques and methods are backed by research and success stories. You can read some of these in our case studies.
What services do you offer?
We are a people-focused organisation that aims to create high performing workplaces through the development of leaders and their teams. To do this, we use:
Team Assessments: In-depth analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement. We typically use the Strengths Profile and EQ-i 2.0.
Skill Development Workshops: Interactive sessions to enhance communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
One-on-One Coaching: Personalised support for leaders and team members to create meaningful development plans.
Ongoing Support: Continuous feedback and support to ensure sustained growth and adaptation.
