I’ve loved the whole experience. Kirsty has been fantastic, both in her knowledge and but also creating a great learning environment where we can flourish

I thought that the way the course was organised helped to create such a lovely sense of community among our cohort and I really enjoyed having the opportunity to build a strong rapport with my coaching triad

I enjoyed the balance between theory, space, time and dedication for reflection and learning and the cohort approach to coaching.

Access to our People Portal to collaborate and develop.

Enter our Think EQ People Portal and be taken to all the resources you need to support you in your coaching or learning programme. If you are joining for coach training, you will be able to access your learning materials, join your cohort’s collaboration group, read articles, watch videos, listen to audio, run polls, upload your own content, and ultimately share and connect with your classmates.

Real Client Experience.

This programme offers practical coaching experience for real-world application. Participants will observe live coaching demos, will coach other members of their group and receive coaching themselves too. Students will also be paired with a ‘real’ client from the Think EQ Foundation who will provide feedback as part of the accreditation application process.

FREE student membership of the Association for Coaching.

While there are several professional coaching accreditation bodies, the coaching industry remains largely unregulated. This means that someone without training or ethical coaching principles and standards could call themselves a ‘coach’.

Membership of an accredited coaching body sets you apart from the rest.

Students undertaking the Accredited Award in Coach Training will receive free one-year student membership of The Association for Coaching®. Membership benefits include:

  • Co-coaching forums
  • Group supervision experience calls
  • Discounted events, conferences and other related services like insurance

Coaching is the 2nd fastest growing industry in the world.
